Re-publish all the rollcalls xml

The request was successful.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Some of the rollcalls that used to be published, for instance for the 2016-12-01 have been removed but it used to be published

http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe...

Can you republish them or provide me the documents requesting their removal?

They have been 259 days of plenary with minutes, but only 208 with at least one rollcall, These are the days without published rollcalls:

Dear Mr Dutoit,

Many thanks for your message; the RCV are published with the minutes of
the day, if there was a voting time.

Could you please check with the minutes of the dates you mention in your
request that it was the case? For example 12 March 2018 was a Monday and
usually there are no votes on Mondays

One you have the checked list, we would be happy to make sure that the RCV
are published.

Kind regards

Dear AccesDocs,

Thanks for the clarifications. However, there are several days, like 2016-12-01 were there were votes with rollcalls that were published and you removed. Could you republish it?

As for question, I'm not sure I understand, how am I supposed to know which days have a rollcall? I assumed that they are all published automatically, am I supposed to parse the PDF of the each minute to see if there is something? I don't understand what is the expected process to find out if they were no rollcall because they weren't any vote vs you didn't publish it

Yours sincerely,

xavier dutoit

Dear Mr Dutoit,

If there was a "voting time" we can check for RCV; if there were no votes
at all (like on Mondays) then there will be no RCV either; so you don't
need to know if there was a RCV, just if there was a voting time (then we
can look for the RCV).

As for the RCV of 2016-12-01, it seems indeed that there is a problem with
its replication after a IT deployment that took place on 09 February. We
are looking into it and we'll fix it asap.

Kind regards

Dear Mr Dutoit

The RCV of 2016-12-01 is available in CS, DA, GA, LT, MT, NL, PL, SV (see
link below)

It is an indexation problem that appeared when we moved from a daily
replication to a replication with the flow. Our IT colleagues are working
on it.

Dear AccesDocs,

Many thanks to your quick reaction. I'm going to check on my side what other documents where unpublished.

For that, it would be useful to have the annex "result of votes" that is mentioned in the minute, but that I can't find in the register of documents: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe...

Are they published? Could you clarify under which category/document type?

Yours sincerely,

xavier dutoit

Dear Mr Dutoit

Type "result of votes" in the Keyword box and then filter by document type

Dear Mr Dutoit,

Thanks for your email (and your quality check work).

For 2014 -2015 dates you mention, the RCV fragment is missing indeed and
we are investigating why ; it will be online asap.

Please note that the results are available on the plenary page, if you
need them (but not in xml format)
[1]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/plenary/en...

As for 2016, you can see the links below, the RCV from 8 and 9 June are
online on the Register in xml format.

Dear AccesDocs,

Thanks for the update. as a sidenote request, it would be tremendously useful to publish the rollcalls in xml format in the plenary page, that would make it faster for us to process the results of the votes.

Is there a formal channel to mention this kind of suggestions?

Yours sincerely,

xavier dutoit

Dear AccesDocs,

For some reason, two more rollcalls went missing:

P8_PV(2016)05-11(RCV)_FR.xml
P8_PV(2016)05-12(RCV)_FR.xml

Could you republish them?

Yours sincerely,

xavier dutoit
