Berenika,

By 'Frontex-related authorities', I mean interception of migrants achieved by using assets specifically allocated to Frontex for the duration of the operation. For example, interceptions made by Italy's Operation Mare Nostrum would not count; however, interceptions made by offshore or coastal patrol vessels operated under the jurisdiction of the operational command of JO Hermes would.

Hope this helps,
Keegan Williams
