Regulatory Scrutiny Board report on Data Governance Act

We're waiting for Sam Clark to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- The Regulatory Scrutiny Board's first full report on the Data Governance Act. The Board issued a negative opinion on the Data Governance Act on 9 September 2020 but did not release the full report. Please provide the full report.
