1) A list of all lobby meetings held by the Taskforce on Article 50 negotiations with the UK with any organisation representing churches and/or religious communities since the creation of the taskforce itself onwards.

2) I would further like to request all agendas, emails, minutes/notes of meetings, reports, position papers or any other briefing papers related to those lobby meetings.

Dear Mr Merino,
 
Following your request Gestdem 2019/0061, on 24 January 2019, the Task
Force sent you the final reply with two annexes to the e-mail
[1][FOI #6241 email] (see the e-mail in the
attachment and also on
[2]https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/reli...).
The reply and annexes can therefore be retrieved on the link that you
provided in your complaint!
 
The deadline was never extended as you claim in your complaint.  The
deadline for the reply was 28/01/2019 and the Task Force sent the final
reply on 24/01/2019.
 
On the same day, the task Force also sent the reply by registered mail
with AR to the address that you provided.
 
However, the letter has been returned to the Commission with the remarks:
"Desconocido - Inconnu" (see the scanned letter in the second attachment).
 
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a real and personal
postal address is not only appropriate but also strictly necessary for the
performance of effective access to documents.
 
We therefore kindly urge you to please provide a real and valid postal
address, so as to enable us to duly register and deal with your
application for access to documents.

In the answer given by María Oliván on the 14th of February she stated the following:

I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to provide you with a final reply as soon as possible. I regret this additional delay and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause".

As such, I understood that my request was still being handled and that not all documents had been sent. In any case, I see now that it was just an administrative mistake and my petition was indeed closed.

On the other hand, with regard to the address I provided in my request, there is a number missing. My apologies. Here you have the right one:
