documents pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1049/2001. The European Banking
Authority (‘EBA’) strives to be transparent and open to as far an extent
possible. As regards to your request for all documents about the “agency's
relocation preparedness, operational and financial preparedness and
impact, HR-related matters and communication aspects”, please find
