Report on Budapest Metro 4 frauds and mismanagement

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the report summary made by OLAF (and received by the Hungarian government on 14 December 2016) on the OLAF investigation between February 2012 and November 2016 of contracts related to Budapest Metro Line 4.
