Reports from Romania about virtual currency

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European Central Bank should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. All communications between ECB and authorities from Romania regarding virtual currency transaction;
2. All reports received by ECB from Romanian authorities regarding virtual currency transaction on Romanian territory.
