Reports of violation of Frontex codes of conduct
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
For the period starting 1 January 2017 to 31 July 2017, both inclusive:
-All reports of violation of the Frontex Code of Conduct for all persons participating in Frontex activities (available here: http://frontex.europa.eu/assets/Publicat... ), submitted to Frontex authorities in accordance with Article 22 of the code.
-All reports of violation of the Frontex Code of Conduct for Joint Return Operations coordinated by Frontex (available here: http://frontex.europa.eu/assets/Publicat... ), submitted to Frontex authorities in accordance with Article 16 of the code.
