Dear Ms Tombini,

Thank you for contacting the European Court of Auditors (ECA).

As a foreword, please note that Regulation 1049/2001 regarding public
access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents is not
applicable to our institution. Instead, the rules on public access to ECA
documents are set out in ECA’s Decision 12/2005, as amended by Decision
14/2009 (consolidated version published in OJ C 67/1 of 20.03.2009). More
particularly, as the data you refer to in your e-mail constitute a
“document” pursuant to Article 3(a) of said decision,  your request has
been processed in accordance with Article 6 thereof.

Further to your request, we have managed to single out all those products
published by our institution in 2018, which, although possibly differing
in terms of their respective addressees, all nonetheless deal with
different aspects concerning the spending and management, in general, of
the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund, hence
we consider they may all be of interest to you. Thus, apart from the ECA’s
flagship product, that is the Annual Report for the EU Budget for the
financial year 2018, we have identified 9 Special Reports, 2 Briefing
Papers, 1 Rapid Case Review and 1 Landscape Review, all published in the
course of 2018 and dealing with various aspects of the aforementioned
funds . All those documents are publicly available in a pdf format and may
be accessed by carrying out a keyword search on the relevant page of the
ECA’s official internet site. Yet, in order to facilitate your access and
reading, we are happy to provide you the following individual hyperlinks
for each of the documents :
