Roxana Pencea Bradatan

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Unpublished and published information and documentation relating to the CE and Romania communication ref. NRRP, incl. 07 July 2020. I am particularly interested to learn whether the European Commision informed Romania that a decision was taken regarding the financing of gas plants, gas infrastructure/ transportation or gas exploration and extraction in the Resilience and Recovery Plan.

The documents and information requested pertain possibly not only to The Recovery and Resilience Task Force (RECOVER) but also the European Commission’s Secretariat-General and further European Commission Directorates.

I would be grateful if you could send them electronically at the email silvia{@}declic{.}ro
