Delivered

Dear Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Every funded ECHO grant proposals (with annexes) and final report from the organization (with annexes) for grants and contributions in regards to the funding of humanitarian aid based on the contract number (as opposed to the general financing decision code per country). For the period of 2003 to 2015 examples of such contract codes are:

ECHO/SDN/BUD/2005/02024
ECHO/SDN/BUD/2005/02025
ECHO/SDN/BUD/2005/03002
ECHO/SDN/BUD/2005/03005

I would include the whole list but the form does not support such a long list.

Since the list is beyond 7000 contracts and thus might exceed 14000 documents it is understandable if the process takes more than 15 days.

I would prefer for this information to be sent to me
in machine-readable electronic format with zipped files, to the email address
provided. Or be hosted online with a link provided to the same e-mail address.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Alain Vaillancourt
