Request for meeting information
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings:
1. Cabinet members of President Ursula and Cerame-Unie regarding ETS on 13/05/20
2. Cabinet members of President Ursula and European Steel Association(EUROFER) regarding ETS indirect costs & state aid on 26/05/20
3. Timmermans Cabinet and AIR LIQUIDE(AIR LIQUIDE) regarding Clean Hydrogen Alliance on 26/05/20
4. Dombrovskis Cabinet and Verband der Chemischen Industrie e.V.(VCI) regarding European Green Deal and the recovery on 06/04/20

has no link with any institution of the European Union. Therefore, the
European Commission cannot be held accountable for any technical issues or

We refer to your e-mail of 02/07/2020 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 02/07/2020 under reference number
GESTDEM 2020/4015.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 24/07/2020.
An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services, which must be consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 14/08/2020.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
