Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,

In your email of 25 April 2023, you noted that the time-limit for handling my request 2023/2400 expires on 19/05/2023, and that you would inform me if you needed to extend this time limit for an additional 15 working days.

However, I have received no further correspondence from you, either to extend the time limit, or to reply to my request. It is now 20 June, which means that even if you had notified me of +15 working days extension, this would now have passed.

I would therefore like to politely request that you send me the documents that my request pertains to with all possible haste, as I should, by law, have already received them.

If for any reason you are unable to send me these documents, I would kindly ask for an explanation of under what legal provision this delay beyond the 15+15 working days is justified.

Yours faithfully,

Elaine Girvan
