Request for Privacy Shield Records

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European External Action Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear EEAS,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I request all reports, correspondence, and memorandum on the Privacy Shield framework. The date range for this request is from October 1, 2015 to the February 17, 2017.

I request to be provided these records free of charge, because it is in the public interest to release these records. If any part of this request is denied, I request to be informed of the decision and the reason why.
