Robert Madelin authorisation to work for FIPRA - Update

The request was partially successful.

Margarida da Silva

Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which relate to applications made under the Staff Regulations (article 16 or article 40) for authorisation for post-employment activities by Robert Madelin since November 2016.

In particular, I request a note of Mr Madelin's application(s) made under the Staff Regulations to undertake a new professional activity; and all documents (correspondence, emails, meeting notes etc) related to the authorisation of the new role or roles.

To clarify, I have asked for these documents before and received them but since then (November 2016), it seems that Mr. Madelin has taken up yet a new role at FIPRA International, still within the notification period.

Yours faithfully,
Margarida Silva
