Russia sanctions

We're waiting for Tobias Weihmann to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(1) Knowing that enforcement of the EU's sanctions against Russia is *primarily* the responsibility of the member states, I'm requesting a list of EU bodies, working groups and staff dealing with sanction _enforcement_ towards Russia and occupied Crimea. Please highlight the main groups responsible for enforcement within the EU's structure. To which EU body/organ/group should possible or actual sanction breaks be reported, what are the hierarchies and lines of communications between the EU and the member states' authorities regarding sanction _enforcement_.

(2) Please send me a copy of all documents regarding the delivery of SIEMENS gas turbines to occupied Crimea (officially to Taman, Krasnodar region, Russia) in 2014-2018. If those documents are in possession of another EU body, please forward this request.

(3) Please send me a copy of all documents regarding the possible delivery of ilmenite / titanium ores to occupied Crimea in 2016-2018. If those documents are in possession of another EU body, please forward this request.

(4) If available, please send me a copy/or link to documents discussing the state of dicussion regarding the implementation of an EU-level sanction enforcement body.

Thank you very much.
