Samos mission reports and informal observations following missions

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
For the period from 15 June 2023 to date:
Mission reports produced by the Fundamental Rights Agency regarding the Samos Multi-Purpose Reception Centre (MPRIC), also known as the Samos Closed Controlled Access Center (CCAC)
Informal input/observations produced by the Fundamental Rights Agency following missions to the Samos MPRIC/CCAC

Dear European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights,
I am following up on the public access to documents application submitted to the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights on 27 September 2023. As of today, 29 September 2023, the application has not registered.
Please be reminded that Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 stipulates that applications for access to a documents shall be handled "promptly" and that "an acknowledgement of receipt shall be sent to the applicant."
If you need additional clarification I am at your disposal.

Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).

1049/2001 are submitted through the Agency's website only. This enables
FRA to ensure that requests are made in a precise manner and contain
sufficient elements to enable the Agency to identify that the applicant is
a citizen or resident of the Union, as laid down in Article 2 (1)
Regulation (EC) No. 1049/2001.

As soon as the Agency receives your request, an acknowledgement of receipt
will be sent to you together with a unique registration number assigned to
your request. The Agency will handle your application within a maximum of
fifteen working days, unless that period is extended on the conditions
laid down in Art. 7 of the Regulation.
