I am following up on the public access to documents application submitted to the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights on 27 September 2023. As of today, 29 September 2023, the application has not registered.

Please be reminded that Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 stipulates that applications for access to a documents shall be handled "promptly" and that "an acknowledgement of receipt shall be sent to the applicant."
