Securitisation Regulations amendments

The request was refused by Permanent Representation of UK to the EU.

Dear Permanent Representation of UK to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request a copy of all proposals for amendments made by the UK Government (including via its Permanent Representation in Brussels) on "Common rules on securitisation and creating a European framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation" and on "the proposal amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms".

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann

Dear Vicky,

Thank you for your e-mail. Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 relates to public access of European Parliament, Council and Commission documents. I therefore suggest that you contact the relevant EU institution with your request.
