Sex Discrimination in Court
Dear Permanent Representation of Sweden to the EU,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU kids right to see is father, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I live in England working here in London have a Son who live with in mother in Sweden, the mother she did not want me to see me Son Greg Smith, I take her to court in one city but the the woman in the court she did not want me to say a word in Sweden in Malmö I take the case to the court Sweden, I have to complain about sex discrimination, you shouldn’t be victimised because am black man complained. This means that i be treated unfairly just because am a black man’ a complaint.
Making a complaint includes taking a case to court, going to an tribunal or standing up for your rights in some other way.
You can get protection if you are victimised because you’ve made a complaint about sex discrimination. i need a protection from discrimination for helping someone else to make a complaint about sex discrimination, for example, by giving evidence in court.
Yours faithfully,
EDEN SMITH
