Source code and data for AT4AM software

Secretariat General of the European Commission has replied saying you have to contact another public body.

Dear Secretariat General (SG),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Any and all source code for the software known as "AT4AM Amendments Authoring Tool", developed by DG ITEC within the Secretariat.

- Any and all developer-facing documentation for the above software.

- Any and all user-facing documentation for the above software.

- A full dump of the database of "AT4AM", in an open format readable by freely available tools (SQL/CSV/JSON), subject to such minor redactions as are necessary to ensure compliance with the applicable data protection legislation.
