Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Budget should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Annual (or other breakdown) of the spending (monetary) on animal
research in biomedical research and development for the benefit of

Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail dated 25/03/2013 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 26/03/2013 under the above mentioned
reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 19/04/2013.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
