State assets

We're waiting for Vincent Ryan to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All correspondence between the ECB and Ireland in relation to the sale of state assets.

Including but not limited to all emails and memo's from with in the body to the relevant Irish depts.

The ECB hereby confirms receipt, on 6 January 2014, of your application
for access to “documents which contain the following information:
All correspondence between the ECB and Ireland in relation to the sale of
state assets. Including but not limited to all emails and memo's from with
in the
body to the relevant Irish depts.”
 
Please note that access to ECB documents is governed by Decision
ECB/2004/3 (the unofficial consolidated version of this ECB Decision is
available on the<[1]ECB website>). 
Under Article 6(1) of this Decision a request must be sufficiently precise
as to enable the ECB to identify the requested documents. As your request
is broad in terms of subject matter and covers an unspecified period of
time we ask you to specify the precise topic and the period of time that
is of interest to you.
Upon receipt of your reply, the ECB will assess your request on the basis
of Decision ECB/2004/3.
