Dear Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 and Regulation 1367/2006, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Ireland has published a series of plans for the agri-food sector namely

Food Harvest 2020 (https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/5a0f2-...)
Food Wise 2025 (https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/a6b0d-...)
Food Vision 2030 (https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/c73a3-...)

I request access to all documents recording the interaction between the Irish authorities and the European Commission in relation to whether these plans/programmes are within the scope of the SEA Directive (2001/42/EC).

I would like to receive the information in an easily accessible electronic format

Yours faithfully,

Fred Logue
