Dear Legal Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The written submissions to the Court by the European Commission and by Ireland in case C-109/17 Bankia

My first preference would be for documents in English otherwise I would be happy to receive the French copy.

My postal address is

Fred LOGUE
8/10 Coke Lane
Smithfield
Dublin 7
Ireland

Yours faithfully,

Fred Logue
