Dear Ms Aisha Down,

Your attention is drawn to the fact that the access to the file in a case
is ruled by Article 38 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court.

According to Article 38(2) of the Rules of Procedure, "No third party,
private or public, may have access to the file in a case without the
express authorisation of the President of the General Court, once the
parties have been heard. That authorisation may be granted, in whole or in
part, only upon written request accompanied by a detailed explanation of
the third party’s legitimate interest in having access to the file."

Having regard to the above considerations, the Registrar regrets to inform
you that the General Court can take no action on your e-mail of
20/08/2019.

Regards,
