Support to Cyprus as part of FreM III
Dear European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights,
As part of FreM III, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights implemented activities for the benefit of Cyprus' Commissioner for Administration and the Protection of Human Rights, with the goal of setting up a National Forced-Return Monitoring Mechanism.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- training material as part of FreM III activities delivered in Cyprus
- copies of post-intervention assessments submitted by Cypriot authorities as a consequence of trainings delivered
- correspondence with Cypriot authorities, including attachments, ICMPD and Frontex, on the topic of supporting them in establishing a Forced-return monitoring mechanism, for the period from December 2018 to December 2021
Yours faithfully,
Anas Ambri
