Support to decentralisaton and public private partnership in Egypt

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, International Partnerships should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear International Cooperation and Development,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Details on the cash transfer component of the Enhancing Children Access to Education and Fighting Child Labour project. Which ministry was involved, and who was administering the e-vouchers?

- Details of cooperation with the central public private partnership unit at the ministry of finance and the ministry of education especially the nature of the policy advice and training provided. Any evaluations for the experience.

-Details on the Support for Political Development, Decentralisation and Promotion of Good Governance Programme as in activities involved, duration, actors involved and any evaluations conducted.

-Details on the Public Administration and Local Development Programme decentralisation advocacy component as in activities an actors involved and any evaluations conducted.#

-Details on the public finance management reforms programme as in the final evaluation of the experience especially for the education sector.

-Minutes and reports on meetings with different stakeholder and civil society consultations regarding pre-university education. For example there were meetings held with USAID in 2007 regarding decentralization of the education sector

I look forward to your cooperation on this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me should there be any need to clarify any part of this request.

Yours faithfully,
Dina
