Survey responses on TAP TSI implementation

Richard Hayes made this access to documents request to European Union Agency for Railways

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European Union Agency for Railways should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear European Union Agency for Railways,

The Telematics Applications for Passengers (TAP) Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI) is a key element to improve the experience of online train booking that would encourage people to use rail as an alternative to other modes of transport, a critical step towards European climate change goals.

Thus, under the right of access to documents in Article 15 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and other the EU treaties, as described in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any electronic version of the survey conducted in the document titled "7th status report about the implementation progress of the TAP TSI (2020)", also known as "7th TAP TSI Implementation progress report - ERA-REP-152 IMPL-2021", which is available online here:
https://www.era.europa.eu/sites/default/...

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information, and thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Richard Hayes

Dear European Union Agency for Railways,

Pursuant to EU Regulation 1049/2001 [1], your agency had 15 working days to respond to my request for document. Unfortunately at this point it has been 3 months since I sent the request.

Please respond with a confirmation that you received my request and an update on the status of searching for the relevant documents.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Hayes
