Dear Madam, Sir,
Thank you for registering my access to documents request under case number 2024/0147, and your request for clarification.
In speeches and the media the definition of what exactly is "Team Europe" is often vague.
Therefore my request should be understood as including documents which contain guidelines on when to use this term, and/or documents explicitly defining what is "Team Europe", and/or documents about the institutional nature of "Team Europe".
I hope this allows you to identify the documents falling under the scope of my request. If not, do not hesitate to come back to me again.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer

Dear Madam, Sir
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request case number 2024/0147.
I had asked for all documents including but not limited to e-mails, minutes, notes, guidances, presentations, reports. In its reply, the Commission only refers to already-public documents. I would like the secretariat-general to check whether all internal documents that fall under the scope of my request have properly been identified.
I also would like to point out that two of the webpages that are referred to (Methodological Note on TEI Design | Capacity4dev (europa.eu) & Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - TEIs | Capacity4dev (europa.eu)) lead to a webpage that says: "Ops, it looks like you don't have the right authorisations to see this page."
Sincerely
Peter Teffer
