Technical notes on PMI agreement (2)
Dear Madam, Sir,
On February 08, 2016, I requested the following documents under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001:
All technical notes and all technical assessments, sent by Olaf in 2015 and 2016 to any European Commission service, regarding the Anti-Contraband and Anti-Counterfeit Agreement between the EU, member states and Philip Morris International (PMI).
This access to documents was registered under reference Gestdem 2016/0626.
On 29 February 2016 I received a reply in which my request was denied, because "The documents which [I sought] to obtain relate[d] to a decision which has not yet been taken by the Commission."
This decision has since been taken. I therefore would like to ask again that the documents that had been identified are now released.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer

Dear Madam, Sir,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request which I sent on June 04, 2020. Regulation 1049/2001 stipulates that I should have received a reply within 15 working days. That time limit has expired and I am still waiting for a response.
The request involved a renewed request regarding a previous access to documents request that had been registered under reference Gestdem 2016/0626.
(All technical notes and all technical assessments, sent by Olaf in 2015 and 2016 to any European Commission service, regarding the Anti-Contraband and Anti-Counterfeit Agreement between the EU, member states and Philip Morris International (PMI).)
In that original request I received a reply in which my request was denied, because "The documents which [I sought] to obtain relate[d] to a decision which has not yet been taken by the Commission."
This decision has since been taken. I therefore submitted my request again because I believe the documents that had been identified may now be released.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer
