Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all contracts for the development of the IT system called OCM (OLAF Content Management) containing OLAF's operational documents as well as the tender specifications with each subcontractor or contractors and the relevant tendering documents, including reasoning why they were selected selected and who were its competitors, if there were any
