Dear Energy,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'The development and realization of the EU strategy for liquefied natural gas and gas storage'.

I made this request on the 9th of December 2016.

I asked for the following documents:

1) A list of meetings of DG Energy officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) concerning the development and realization of the EU strategy for liquefied natural gas and gas storage.
2) Minutes and other reports of these meetings;
3) All correspondence (including e-mails) between DG Energy officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and other European institutions/departments concerning the development and realization of the EU strategy for liquefied natural gas and gas storage.
4) All correspondence (including e-mails) between DG Energy officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and third parties/individuals concerning the development and realization of the EU strategy for liquefied natural gas and gas storage.

I later clarified my request with the following information:

1) The time frame is from: the 1st of January 2015 until the present day.

2) And that my request is not only referring to the document ‘EU strategy for liquefied natural gas and gas storage’, but also entails the realization of the action points/goals mentioned in the document.

Nearly two months later I received only 9 documents. This is clearly insufficient and shows minimal effort. I therefore ask you review my request.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/the_...

Yours faithfully,

Bas van Beek
