The EU Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU) Article 8 (4-6).

European Parliament did not have the information requested.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Could you please let me know the title of the legislation in each member state that requires member states of the EU to bring forward legislation to comply with Artcle 8 (4-6) of the 2012/27/EU Energy Efficiency Directive e.g. in the UK the legislation is entitled ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme).
2) I am a fully accredited lead assessor under the UK ESOS regulations. Am I able to carry out this activity within other EU member states?
3) If the answer to 2) above is yes how may I go about applying to carry out lead assessor activities in other member states?
I look forward tp your replies.

Yours faithfully,

Mike Glanfield

Dear Mr Glanfield,

we thank you for your request. Regulation 1049/2001 which you are
referring to applies to  all documents held by the European Parliament
(Article 2(3)) Your first question, however, refers to European Union
Member States' legislation. You may find this information in the EurLex
database under the heading "National law":
[1]http://eur-lex.europa.eu/collection/n-la... . The website explains,
how to search for implementing legislation in general:
[2]http://eur-lex.europa.eu/collection/n-la... . In your case the
CELEX number of the directive in question ([3]2012/27/EU) is 72012L0027.
The search
[4]http://eur-lex.europa.eu/search.html?or0...
will provide you with all national implementing measures.

Your questions 2 and 3 are concern general information and are not related
to public  access to documents under the above Regulation. The European
Commission provides the information you are asking for on their website.
You may find information on working abroad in general:
[5]http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/wor... and
particularly on professional qualifications:

But you may also send your question via the specific page on personal
advice in work related issues:

or the SOLVIT page: [8]http://ec.europa.eu/solvit/index_en.htm
