Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

thank you very much for the response to my request for access to documents (GESTDEM No. 2018/5357). You kindly sent me 51 documents (and mentioned one document that can not be disclosed), many of which were letters submitted to DG GROW by groups representing business or professions. I noticed however that only some of these letters appear to have received a response from DG GROW. Can you confirm that the 52 documents include ALL the correspondence between DG GROW and lobbyists in the period covered by the request?

Yours faithfully,

Olivier Hoedeman

Dear Mr Hoedeman,

We would like to confirm that within the framework of the access to document request Gestdem 2018/5357 we have disclosed 51 documents out of the 52 documents we have identified. As explained in our letter of 22 November 2018, access to 1 document could not be granted since its disclosure would reveal contents which are directly related to the on-going legislative process between EU institutions and would therefore undermine that decision-making process.

Would you please note that almost all documents concerned by the request Gestdem 2018/5357 are opinions or position papers related to the legislative proposal on services notifications and communicated by the stakeholders to the DG GROW. In line with the Commission's policy, no reply has been sent to those documents.

Yours sincerely,

DG GROW – Access to documents team
