Dear SECRETARIAT DGF Access,

Mr Kivinen does not think enquiries from non EU staff are important enough and therefore requests for information are simply ignored.

From parent’s research (as no replied received): the timing is different in each European School. Let’s take “The European School in Culham” for example. The timing was set in the afternoon, right after a major subject so that the very few (1 student in fact that the school director and the chemistry teacher wanted to fail because his parents refuse to lie on behalf of the Director of the school) would be already tired after having had to write for 3 hours nonstop.

No such level of difficulty was expected form the children of staff, which account for 82% of all students in all European Schools.

The reply of the Chemistry teacher, apart from being unprofessionally drafted (questioning his skills as a teacher), shows that the student lost marks due to "illegible handwriting".

This added to the chemistry teacher allowing bullying during the chemistry class by a son of the school staff shows bullying being supported by the staff at the European Schools.

Yours sincerely,

Dear SECRETARIAT DGF Access,

The General Secretariat of the Council is then being economical with the truth as such document does exist and is held by the administration of the European schools both in paper and electronic form.

If such document did not exists, how did the European Schools managed to coordinate the Chemistry 2011/2012 BAC examinations (pre and final)without setting dates and times.

The schools seems to be trying to conceal serious irregularities in the system with the purpose of benefiting the children of staff in the English Section in the European School Culham.

Yours sincerely,
