The programme of LIBE Committee during its visit of 3 days in Vienna (13-15.02.2013)

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. The programme of Mr. López Aguilar, Chair of the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) during the visit at EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, Vienna, Austria on 13-15.02.2013. Relevant information if the delegation headed by Mr. López Aguilar represented the European Parliament in its entirety.

2. The list of members of LIBE delegation to FRA Vienna and their programme, including minutes, notes, emails, call log, statements.

3. The list of other similar visits of LIBE Committee to FRA and the related minutes, notes, emails, call log, statements and names of members of delegation.

4. All and any minutes, notes, emails, call log, statements made my LIBE Delegation during its visit to FRA Vienna, related to the implementation of Judgment F-58/10, the alleged conflict of interest from the side of Director of FRA, the alleged violations of fundamental rights of FRA staff members http://www.europarl.europa.eu/document/a... and alleged irregularities in accounts of one of the biggest contractor of FRA (IMR Copenhagen http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getD...).

2013 for access to documents related to the visit by Parliament's LIBE
Committee to the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, Vienna, Austria on
13-15.02.2013.
 
Please note that the mission report of this LIBE delegation will be
discussed in an upcoming ordinary LIBE meeting, and is not yet finalised.

• In response to points 1 and 2 of your request, please find attached
herewith the draft programme and list of participants of the 2013 LIBE
delegation to the FRA.
Further to the decision of 22 January 2013 of LIBE coordinators,
Ulrike LUNACEK, Greens/EFA, also joined the delegation as accompanying
local Member, out of quota.

• In response to point 3 of your request, please note that
a LIBE delegation was present at the launch of the Agency on 1st March
2007 - please see attached pdf documents.
• In response to point 4 of your request, please note that the
items listed were not on the agenda of the 2013 LIBE
delegation. However, the Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT) held an
exchange of views on the 2011 discharge to agencies in the presence
of representatives of the Agencies on 24 January 2013. A joint debate
on 2011 discharge dossiers was also held in LIBE on 31 January 2013
