The names or titles of competent authorities, (as defined in EASA Part 145.A.1 paragraph 1), who, for organisations having their principal place of business in a Member State, either mandate the use of, or audit to, the Foreign 145 Organisations User Guides, which includes but is not limited to UG.CAO.00024-005 and UG.CAO.00134-003.

EASA is responsible (competent authority) for the approval of Part-145
maintenance organisations for which the principle place of business (PPB)
is outside the territory of the EU, in accordance with Regulation (EC)
216/2008. The User Guides (UGs) that you are mentioning in your request
are only applicable to those organisations having their PPB outside the EU
MS.
You can find an overview on the Part-145 Maintenance Organisations
approved by EASA on our website at

The approval and oversight of Part 145 Organisations within the EASA
Member States is a responsibility of the National Aviation Authorities
(NAAs).
EASA is not aware about EU MS authorities mandating the mentioned UGs and
therefore cannot provide the listing that you have requested.
