ToR between Frontex and DG Home
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- the Terms of Reference (ToR) signed by Frontex Executive Director Fabrice Leggeri and the Director General of Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs Monique Pariat (see: https://frontex.europa.eu/media-centre/n... ) as well as any annexes or supporting documents complementary or associated to the ToR.
