Total hospitality cost of October summit
Dear European Council,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The total cost of organising hospitality for the 28 heads of state at the most recent summit of the European Council (17/18 October 2019).
In addition, I would like the data to include the following figures:
1.) the total cost of food and drink for the summit (and if possible, drawn from this figure and listed separately, the total amount of money spent on alcoholic drinks).
2.) the total cost of providing the 28 heads of state with accommodation for the duration of the summit, if such costs are covered by the European Council.
If data for the October 2019 summit is not yet available, I would like the data, as above, for the most recent available summit.
Yours faithfully,
Noah Vickers
