Dear European Commission Data Protection Officer,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Total number of two wheeler license in a table format with rows and columns as given below
A table with the following rows:
- Total number of 18-34 year old licence holders
- Total number of 35-45 year old licence holder
- Total number of 46+ year old licence holder
And following columns:
- Year 2010
- Year 2014
- Year 2016
I just want to understand if the total number of two wheeler licenses in different age groups are increasing or decreasing in EU since the last few years

forwarded to the European Statistical Data Support (ESDS) responsible for
user questions and requests.
Unfortunately, Eurostat does not collect nor disseminate statistics on any
type of driving licenses. Therefore, we are not able to provide you with
the requested statistics.
As an alternative, you can consult the EUropean CAR and driving
license Information System (EUCARIS) portal: https://www.eucaris.net/ .
Although, it is not a database, general EUCARIS information is provided,
as well as each country has its own page on this web site. You can visit
these pages by clicking on the countries. On the country pages, if
provided by the respective Member State, you will find data about contact
persons and the organisations that handle the vehicle and driving licence
registration. You will also find information on recent developments and on
the services and information that are available. Via the EUCARIS page of
each country you can also surf to relevant national web sites that might
be particularly useful for your research.
