Dear European Economic and Social Committee,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

KOREA:
- The joint statement of the fifth meeting of the Sub-committee on Trade and Sustainable Development (TSD) of the EU-Korea FTA which was held in Brussels on 24 March 2017. I would also welcome a summary of later meeting, if existing.
- The composition of all past Civil Society Forums under the EU-Korea FTA (in terms of civil society organisations).
- A summary of the 6th Civil Society Forum under the EU-Korea FTA which was held on 11 April 2018.

COLOMBIA:
- The summary of the third meeting of the sub-committee on TSD under the EU-Colombia FTA (December 2016).
- A summary of the fourth meeting of the sub-committee on TSD under the EU-Colombia FTA
held on 22-23 November 2017.
- Information on the Colombian Domestic Advisory Group (DAG) under the EU-Colombia FTA mentioning its existence of non-existence.

UKRAINE:
- A summary of the first meeting of the sub-committee on Trade and Sustainable Development which was held on 29-30 May 2017.
- A summary of later meetings of the sub-committee on Trade and Sustainable Development if they were geld.
- A summary of the first Civil Society Forum which was held on 31 May 2017.
- Information on the Ukrainian Domestic Advisory Group (DAG) mentioning its existence of non-existence.
