Training Material for Risk Analysis

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European Border and Coast Guard Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, we are requesting documents which contain the following information:

Training materials – including, but not limited to:
presentations, reports, guides, guidelines, handouts, assignments and audio-visual material such as videos, role play, simulations, VR simulations, fictitious scenarios and games – related to:

(1) “Investigation, Intelligence and risk analysis” as described under Common Core Curriculum for Border and Coast Guard Mid-level Management Training in the EU (may 2019), Chapter 3, p. 179 — 203

(2) “Specialised courses delivered and Border Guard specialists (e.g. EUROSUR operators, CIRAM risk analysts) certified based on SQF framework.” As described in the Frontex Programming Document 2018 - 2020 (2017), under “Thematic Training” 3.7.C TRU-3
