Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application under Article 7(4) of Regulation 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
On 8 August 2017 I filed an access to documents request for "all training materials – including, but not limited to, presentations, reports, guides, guidelines, handouts, and audio-visual material such as videos – created, curated or currently held by Frontex for the purpose of training programs for Libyan coast guards conducted under EUNAVFORMED Operation SOPHIA." The request was acknowledged by Frontex that same day.
On 24 August 2017, Frontex extended the deadline to respond to my request by another 15 days in accordance to Article 7(3) of Regulation 1049/2001.
This time-limit has now prescribed, and therefore the deadline for Frontex to respond to my access to documents request is now long overdue.
I am hereby urging Frontex to respond to my access to documents request without further delay.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/trai...
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any clarification in regards to any aspect of my appeal.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Luisa Izuzquiza
