Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
I have yet to hear from you regarding my request for access to EU documents.
I am submitting a formal complaint under both Regulation 1049/2001 and the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour on the failure to either acknowledge/register my request and the failure to respond within the stipulated time frames of Regulation 1049/2001.
I look forward to receiving an update about the status of my request immediately and at most within 10 working days.
Best
M Gilow

Has the Secretariat General explained why he hasn't provided information under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties (as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and under the same circumstances and with the same arguments put forward in requests GESTDEM 2016/5975, 2016/6006, 2016/6010, 2016/6050) ? Surely the Secretariat General can supply the following documents that have been requested: The travel expenses of Commissioner Juncker, for the period 1 March to 30 April 2016, as contained in the relevant mission summary fiches/settlement of mission expenses.?
