Urgent

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Education, Youth, Sport and Culture should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Education, Youth, Sport and Culture,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

My name is Muneeb Hassan and I have lived in Portugal for over 2 years, I have completed my university of Cambridge international A levels in a Cambridge international school in Portugal. According the Portuguese law which is available online on this topic , these exams are equivalent to the final high school graduation exams of the Portuguese system.

Cambridge international A levels are accepted globally and are the most prestigious high school level examinations/courses. Students with these qualifications make their way to high rank universities across the globe and I have achieved high grades, I am a hard working and passionate student.

I need a response from you which states that the university of Cambridge international A levels are high school final exams equivalent to the last year of Portuguese exams and that Cambridge international A levels are exams that can be given through Cambridge schools after completing the studies and the high school last years to access the university.

I really need your help , my family is pretty worried for me and I reckon that living in this land (the EU) where right to education , information and access to rights is considered important, you can help me out.

Your response can save my future , my dreams and my career from dismantling, I am looking forward to get a kind response from you.

Yours faithfully,
Muneeb Hassan
