Dear Madam, Sir,
I refer to my request for access to documents sent on 20/10/2023 and registered on 20/10/2023 under the case number 2023/6197. The extended deadline has passed and I have not been given any reason for this. Since the request likely involves a limited number of documents, it is not understandable what is taking the Commission this long to reply.
Sincerely
Peter Teffer

My request relates to the meetings the President has held with one particular organisation. Can you explain what is so complex about my request that the Commission has failed to handle it within the required timeframe?
