Verlening derogatie Nederland 2020 en 2021

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Alle verslagen en communicatie tussen Nederland en de Europese Commissie in 2018, 2019 en 2020, over de voorwaarden en het verlenen van derogatie voor 2020 en 2021.

Wij danken u voor uw e-mail van 5/11/2020. Wij bevestigen de ontvangst van uw verzoek om toegang tot documenten, dat wij op 9/11/2020 hebben geregistreerd met kenmerk GESTDEM 2020/6829.
Overeenkomstig Verordening (EG) nr. 1049/2001 inzake de toegang van het publiek tot documenten van het Europees Parlement, de Raad en de Commissie zal uw verzoek binnen vijftien werkdagen worden beantwoord. Deze termijn verstrijkt op 30/11/2020. Mocht het noodzakelijk zijn de termijn te verlengen, dan wordt u daarover bijtijds ingelicht.
U heeft uw verzoek ingediend via een particuliere website die geen banden heeft met een instelling van de Europese Unie. De Europese Commissie kan daarom niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor technische kwesties of problemen in verband met het gebruik van dit systeem.
Wij wijzen u erop dat niet de Commissie maar de particuliere organisatie die de website AsktheEU exploiteert, verantwoordelijk en aansprakelijk is voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens via die website. Voor meer informatie over uw rechten kunt u het privacybeleid van de particuliere organisatie raadplegen.
Voor zover ons bekend, publiceert de particuliere organisatie die de website AsktheEU.org exploiteert, doorgaans de inhoud van de correspondentie tussen verzoekers en de Europese Commissie op die website. Daaronder vallen ook persoonsgegevens die u aan de Europese Commissie heeft meegedeeld (bijvoorbeeld uw postadres).
AsktheEU.org publiceert op de website ook het antwoord dat de Commissie stuurt naar het e-mailadres van verzoekers die via AsktheEU.org hun verzoek hebben ingediend.
Als u niet wilt dat uw correspondentie met de Europese Commissie op een particuliere website zoals AsktheEU.org wordt gepubliceerd, kunt u ons een alternatief, privé-e-mailadres opgeven voor verdere correspondentie. In dat geval stuurt de Commissie alle verdere voor u bestemde e-mails alleen naar dat privé-e-mailadres, en gebruikt zij alleen dat privé-e-mailadres om u uw verzoek te beantwoorden. Het blijft uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid om de particuliere website in te lichten over deze andere manier om met de Commissie te communiceren en van haar een antwoord te ontvangen.
