Visa information to travel to the UK.

Dear Permanent Representation of UK to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I've received my stamp 4 in my passport a permit to remain in Ireland til the 30th June 2016. My card is called 'certificate of registration' I'm am currently waiting for my 5 year residence permit witch is due on the 30th May 2016.
I've applied under the directive 2004/38/EC
Im a South African National and my husband is a British National. We are going to London for 4 days to visit friends. Do I require a visa to enter London?
