Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

– all documents related to the 17/10/2017 meeting between commissioner Günther Oettinger and Deutscher Bauernverband (DBV), including but not limited to minutes, verbatim reports, e-mails, and presentations

– all documents related to the 6/9/2017 meeting between commissioner Günther Oettinger and Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA), including but not limited to minutes, verbatim reports, e-mails, and presentations

– all documents related to the 15/6/2017 meeting(s) between commissioner Günther Oettinger and Deutscher Bauernverband (DBV), European farmers (COPA), European agri-cooperatives (COGECA), including but not limited to minutes, verbatim reports, e-mails, and presentations

access to documents, registered on 18/05/2018 under the above mentioned
reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time

An extended time limit is needed as other Services need to be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
