Who is responsible? That is the question!

Dear Lambros Papadias

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 and the Ombudsman’s Decision, I am requesting documents and information:

In accordance with the confirmation of receipt of the request to reconsideration the closing decision by Mr. Christophe Bauer on 18.12.2018 The person responsible for the complaint 1196/2018/JAP was Mr. Lambros Papadias.

On 19.12.2018 I requested for a change Mr. Papadiasa to another person.
(This is nothing personal. You know, as Albert Einstein said: 'insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results’.)

Since there was no answer, I requested information about who is responsible for my complaint on 24.01.2019 and 26.02.2019. And there is still no answer. I still do not know who is responsible for my complaint.

So, I have one very simple question to you.

DO YOU STILL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY COMPLAINT? YES OR NO?
You must know that! :)

B. If ‘NO’
1. Tell me who is responsible for my complaint?
2. Since when was this person responsible for my complaint?
3. Can you confirm this information with some documents?
4. Give me acontact (an email) to this person.
5. Explain why this information is hiding from me?
6. Explain why the Office of the European Ombudsman is trying to prevent me from providing new information about irregularities in the Office of the European Ombudsman.

C. If 'YES' - you are still responsible for my complaint.
1. Explain why you are still responsible for my complaint.
2. Explain why I did not receive any answers.
3. Explain why you are working so slowly. This is a priority issue. The security of the European Union has been violated many times.
(I can prove it a few minutes, you work over 3 months without any results.)
4. Have you informed Mrs. Ombudsman that she is a victim of manipulation and lies?

5. Explain why the 'PERFECT' Head of Department still work and make decisions.
(I fully understand that it is unpleasant to prove abuse of power and other irregularities to your colleague.)
6. Explain why the Office of the European Ombudsman prevents me from giving new information about irregularities in the Office of the European Ombudsman.
7. Please, give me information, how can I change the person responsible for my complaint?
(As I said, I only want: ‘an elementary level of fairness, reliability and impartiality in dealing with the complaint. Nothing more, all irregularities are very clear.’)

Please give me your answer in English and a translation into Polish please add to the attachment, please.

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

On March 20, I requested for access to information and documents. The deadline of 15 days for the answer has passed!!

A. Why did not you answer in time?
B. Do not you know the answer to this simple question:
DO YOU STILL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY COMPLAINT? YES OR NO?

You do not know if you are still responsible for complaint 1196/2018/JAP or not?
This is a very strange situation, do not you think?

How can anyone see:
1. After four months, I do not know who is responsible for review of the complain.
2. Even Mr. Papadias does not know it...
3. I do not know anything about my complaint.
4. I am afraid that new evidence that Mrs. Ombudsman uses false information has not been added to the complaint. ( https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/fals...
5. I do not know who to send new additional evidences of crimes in the office of the European Ombudsman.
6. There is no contact with the European Ombudsman.
7. How can I, a European Union citizen, defend against dishonest EU officials? - Since the Office of the European Ombudsman is doing everything to protect dishonest officials inside the office.
